Volcanoids is a first-person, base building survival game set in the steampunk era where humans and technology meet. You explore a volcanic island, operating giant drillships and enduring eruptions triggered by a mechanical race of beings.

What's a "drillship"?
The drillship is a cross between an armored vehicle and a fully automated factory. It serves you as a mobile base that you can upgrade, customize and extend. Numerous types of modules can be placed on the roof and sides of the drillship each having its specific function such as production, research, defense, etc.
Does the drillship have free movement?
The movement of the drillship is auto-pilot based. You set a location that you want to travel to (either on surface or underground), and the drillship takes you there. As the drillship is moving, you can do other things such as crafting.
Is Volcanoids going to be multiplayer?

What platform is Volcanoids available on?
Windows and Linux, but we'd like to release Mac version as well.
